Hope Revival Agency for Rural Development (HORARD) is dedicated to transforming vulnerable communities, with a special focus on the fishing communities around Lakes Kyoga, Kwania, Albert, and Victoria. Our mission is to collaborate with established Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs), community cooperatives, and associations to empower these groups through capacity-building, training, and sustainable development initiatives.
